this is essentially a word salad way to say “people don’t like her because they are jealous” no. there are many reason that people can NOT like her. do i think she’s ugly ? no. do i think she’s a bad actress? no, not really but i genuinely don’t care. it’s what i have seen her portray that i dislike in her as a person. people’s are allowed to do that without it being jealousy.

I’m a Sydney defender primarily because I think the hatred of her is rooted in intrasexual misogynistic jealousy, but also because she is a good actress whose ability to facially emote is unencumbered by plastic surgery or vanity. I can’t get Botox as it would impact my ability to sign (signed languages rely on facial expressions to portray meaning), but I like to think I wouldn’t do it anyway as this type of expressiveness is glorious.

The recession and smart phones points are true for the most part though.

@ItsShVo @Bugzvii 1v3 or “clutch” scenarios in games like this generally follow a similar pattern: Isolate a 1v1, reposition, repeat. In between winning a 1v1 and repositioning, you often have very little/no time to empty the clip onto a knock before their teammates react and punish you for it

@PonkPlus @Bugzvii I mean yeah, when I’m running with a team and not solo filling this issue is relatively non existent. To your point tho, a delay, slower res, etc would absolutely help fix the issue of people hopping back on their feet immediately after being downed in a 1v3

I very much hope Bungie designs future maps around better PvP encounters. Don’t get me wrong I like outpost and cryo, but on the PvP front the engagements are pretty mid I worry if every new map has similar design people are just going to be over it
