@7DaystoDie 3 days since I posted this and still nothing from fun pimps on the lack of discount and the 7 days to die website forms are piling up with other people wanting to know where the discount is. I think I now understand why the discount ends in a month cuz not everyone gets it.

@UbisoftSupport I went on ubisoft.com and the only "help" in the help section is a massive pile of "trouble shooting" tips and let's be honest those never actually help. I even hard reset my console and that did nothing.

@UbisoftSupport Can you try resolving the issue with the 7 day free trial not giving you access to any games on Xbox. Also adding a way to contact for help on Ubisoft.com would be great instead of bogging people down with non helpfully trouble shooting tips.
