@YD20250410 1. It is a low skill issue. 2. These rights are rigidly defined. They mostly are about first sale of a work. 3. Once bought, the buyer can do whatever they want with their copy. Except a new copy (though overseas is more permissible about backup and archiving). 4. Skill issue.
