@HumanSoTired @MichaelWestBiz @Ostrov_A Iran attacks Israeli civilians but some unverified source say a cigarette burn was given to a Gazan child, ergo bombing civilians is fine? And I'm the one eating propaganda?

The number of people in the replies to my post below actually cheering on Iranian missile attacks on Jewish women, children and civilians in Israel, is truly mind-boggling. Some seriously sick folks out there!
Arsen Ostrovsky@Ostrov_A

This is what happens when an Iranian missile, with a 100 kg warhead and cluster munitions, strikes the civilian heart of Tel Aviv. Imagine the global outrage if this was London, Paris or Berlin. Yet because it’s the Jewish state, the world is SILENT!

You know, Australia's housing crisis is a supply AND a demand issue. To resolve it, policies are required to address both. Resolving on the demand side, though, is THE quickest way to get us back to equilibrium. To get us back to some sense of improved affordability. And that, of course, is addressed fairly and quickly by reducing migration. It is a simple equation, yet the main parties and powers don't want to acknowledge the elephant in the room. Or worse, they disingenuously turn it into a race issue. "Don't blame migrants!" Well, I think the majority of people see through this gaslighting. And now that there is an economic crisis upon us, the patience and niceties of the people are going to ware very thin indeed. Unemployment is about to rise. Rents will accelerate from the current 6%pa. So, if the powers that be, continue on with making the people feel guilty about lowering our migration rate, then they will lose their power. It is a certainty, now.

@SuDharmapala @MichaelWestBiz @Ostrov_A It hasn't. It originates solely from Gaza-based Palestinian journalist Osama Al-Kahlout, aired by Palestine TV, with images shared via QudsNen, and echoed by Turkish state media (TRT, Anadolu). The "medical report" and footage are unexamined by third parties.

@co24u @MichaelWestBiz @Ostrov_A I'd suggest that if your argument needs sweeping moral condemnation of millions of people, it’s not as nuanced as you think. This all spills from Jewish institutions to its people, something Gaza and Hamas seem to escape.

@FacetiousDomo @MichaelWestBiz @Ostrov_A He moronically retweeted something from TRT World, the literal propaganda outlet for Turkey's ruling party on a story that has not been independently corroborated. Him using jargon instead of addressing antisemitism isn’t the flex he thinks it is. Bro fell off.

I agree with everything in this article. The cuts to particle, nuclear and astro physics research in the UK will be devastating, not only to the fields themselves but also to universities more widely and, in the longer term, to industry and therefore the economy as a whole. They were not thought through, there was little or no consultation, and I do not believe they have the support of parliament. The SI&T select committee has been ignored, indeed pretty much everyone who knows anything about the successful but delicate research ecosystem in the UK has been ignored.
Martin Bauer@martinmbauer

From ON's SA web page: "Rebecca Hewett, SA Legislative Council Rebecca Hewett is proud to stand as One Nation's candidate for SA Legislative Council, driven by a passion to secure a strong and thriving future for all South Australians. As a dedicated mother and advocate for change, Rebecca is determined to address the challenges facing her community and ensure future generations have the opportunities they deserve. Rebecca has seen first-hand the effects of rising costs, poor infrastructure, and policies that fail to prioritise local communities. She believes in practical solutions that deliver real results for working families, small businesses, and individuals across the region. “Our country needs strong, common-sense leadership to restore South Australia’s potential and provide a brighter future for our children,” Rebecca says. Rebecca’s focus includes tackling the cost-of-living crisis, improving access to essential services, and supporting local industries that form the backbone of the South Australian economy. She advocates for sensible immigration policies, better infrastructure investment, and an education system that prepares the next generation for success. Rebecca is also passionate about protecting the environment while fostering sustainable economic growth, ensuring that SA remains a wonderful place to live and work. Frustrated by the failures of both major parties, Rebecca has found her values aligned with One Nation’s commitment to putting Australians first. “I want to be a voice for the people of SA, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed with integrity. Together, we can create a future where families and businesses can thrive,” she emphasises."

Putting out a wish to the universe. I need more compute, if I can get more I will make sure every machine from a small phone to a bootstrapped RTX 3090 node can run frontier intelligence fast with minimal intelligence loss. I have hit page 2 of huggingface, released 3 model family compressions and got GLM-4.7 on a MacBook huggingface.co/0xsero My beast just isn’t enough and I already spent 2k usd on renting GPUs on top of credits provided by Prime intellect and Hotaisle. ——— If you believe in what I do help me get this to Nvidia, maybe they will bless me with the pewter to keep making local AI more accessible 🙏
