@drmcumming Agreed I see nothing in the artery at that level. However I am wondering maybe something would be seen at a slightly different level. More importantly if in fact this is venous (and to educate the rest of us) what historical factors made you think venous rather than arterial.

@rAlexPowellMD If you look at the IVUS you can see the artery and there is no change in caliber with maneuvers. And the symptoms are more consistent with venous claudication.

@KyleCooperMD @ABR_Radiology Kyle-somehow we are in delay mode on the replies. You are right-I got the fees mixed up and I agree with your assessment.

@rAlexPowellMD @ABR_Radiology Sorry Alex I never saw a notification on this message, weird. I would say no, it wouldn’t be worth that much. However the ABR MOC fees are only $340 a year. I think that is a fair price, personally. Are you thinking about the SIR dues? I think those are a bit steep at $950…

To all the complainers about @ABR_Radiology OLA questions… serious question: would you prefer to go back to an ACTUAL TEST every 5-10 years? I do these two questions every Monday morning while enjoying my coffee, read the explanations, and go about my day. #irad #MedTwitter
