@Zach_Burcham Good question, how to define the undefined? 🙂 The only reliable solution (I think) would be to run a metabolomic analysis of the medium composition.

@randomdan1el Is there a good mechanism for incorporating undefined components for media files?

Every time we try to model something and we ask the wet-lab people what's the medium composition... 😅

Why only have equal contribution statements for authors that contributed the most? 🤔 Author 1, Author 2, Author 3(*), Author 4(*), Author 5 (*) These authors contributed equally to this work. Both barely looked at the paper.
