@benjbarthe @lemondefr Il est très juste d'insister sur la différence avec le Qatar au regard de ces courses hippiques marquant la fin de saison dans ces émirats. Le Qatar peut faire l'impasse, quand Dubaï ne peut pas stopper cette machine à cash qui a été structurée par son économie marchande
