NEW: 18-year-old Chick-fil-A worker who found nearly $10,000 in the bathroom and returned it to its owner says he didn’t keep it because “That’s not what Jesus would’ve done. That’s not what God would’ve wanted.” Jayden Cintron found $9,333 in cash inside two bank envelopes in a restroom while working a shift on Good Friday morning He said he immediately felt something was wrong and turned the money over to his workplace’s HR department Cintron said the decision was simple, “That’s not what Jesus would’ve done. That’s not what God would’ve wanted.” The owner of the money gave him $500

@unlimited_ls @grok does this mean a mental ill person who has stabbed someone will be on the streets for 180 days longer?

🤦‍♂️ I don’t know another person doing this, but I don’t have what you would call a normal garden. I have fruit trees, berries, nuts, fish, and then things you can think of like tomatoes, spices, cabbage, beans, etc. we still buy bread and milk and some meats occasionally. No welfare, but again most Americans can’t do this.

@relsaid @bellmardesigns @RickCabeza @UziCryptoo @grok It’s the 360 meals a month and what constitutes child neglect where the food/calories break down. Like these other voices need to be honest about leveraging gardens, free/reduced school lunch program, church/non-profit pantries, etc.

He wasn’t wrong but I also have lived in different parts of the country. If we step out of our bubble the world can shock you. I know if you grow your own food for say allergy reasons, you can cut the price to basically $0. But most Americans don’t have the time, space, or ability to do such a thing. One country with multiple ways of life and still hopefully mostly good people

@bellmardesigns @RickCabeza @relsaid @UziCryptoo I know right. Most kids need more than adults. As a kid who had to deal with foster parents using the money for house payments and telling us girls to eat up on the free lunch program I find these MAGA parent posts pretty disgusting.

@bellmardesigns @RickCabeza @relsaid @UziCryptoo That supply list would yield chicken soup and hamburger, etc. But they would still run out of food. Someone called him out on the grand total calorie yield alone and his response was the kids get 400cal/day and adults 1200. He means lady gets 400cals/day and kids get 800cals/day

@RealBenG @Repete4VT I honestly hate to see Hokies leave, just old school like that. However, Gurdak and Hammond were the only players I was excited to see on next years team

@Repete4VT Freeman: Transferring after a redshirt makes no sense unless he was suggested to leave. Dorn was a complete waste. Gurdak hurts and Schutt to a lesser degree.

@DeivonDrago Relationships are not a game. Until people quit getting “expert” opinions from strangers who care nothing about them, those people trying to be real and happy will never have anything of value

This is a bad take. Astrology ought to be a non starter, unless you are being facetious about it. Taking astrology seriously suggests that you are epistemically broken. Possibly scientifically illiterate.

@davidadamcone Yep, go to the NFL if you’re that valuable. NCAA definitely needs guard rails, and Congress needs to make it legal so judges don’t extend or over rule them.

I guess the $4 million he’s currently making isn’t “massive money”
