@British_Airways It is now 4 weeks since I have even had the courtesy of a response. Are you just going to apologise and ask me to be patient again? I have never experienced service this rude, incompetent and inept. If anyone is considering flying @British_Airways - don’t. They are the worst

@rhylmc Sorry you’re still waiting and appreciate your patience. Customer Relations haven’t forgotten about your case. They have very high volumes, which means they’re taking longer than they’d like to respond to you. They’re doing all they can to be in touch as soon as possible. Chris

@British_Airways after overselling a flight which prevented myself and my son travelling, instead of making the compensation payment we are due, you send a stream of automated emails or just ignore completely. You have the worst customer service i have ever experienced. @UK_CAA

@British_Airways @UK_CAA If a human responded I would be fine - but it’s clearly an automated response. You are too busy to allow customers to simply use the flight they booked and then too busy to allow a human to respond. You honestly treat your customers with contempt.

@British_Airways @UK_CAA I’m sorry but that’s completely untrue. You wait at least a fortnight to respond (currently in excess of that) and send a standard email which makes no sense. Then I respond and the process continues. Your service is absolutely appalling - in every possible sense
