@joeltelling @LDOMOTORSJASON @PrintedSolid @Polymaker_3D @Prusa3D I've heard that Nylon is the god material if you want something you can run over with a car and have it survive but like you just said I've also heard that it it gives a lot and sags so it's not ideal for printing anything ridged that needs to maintain it's shape as a function.

What is the most indestructible 3D printing filament that can be printed at <= 300C & doesn't require post processing steps like annealing or sintering? 🤔 I've got the 3D printing bug again thanks to @joeltelling, @LDOMOTORSJASON, @PrintedSolid, @Polymaker_3D & @Prusa3D! 🙏 #3D

Great idea. This has been discussed here already, and if I remember correctly, some literature on it is already available. I already tried something similar and learned that normal FDM material doesn't flow that well, so it's a real challenge to fill that void.

Hi @CNC_Kitchen. I thought about an idea to increase the layer adhesion that I call Z-lock. The thought is that we use the printer as a injection molding machine to inject plastics in side gaps left on the previous layers. In the image the gray rods are the layers and the pink is the injection. Do you think that would work?

The PHA compound of @colorfabb is very interesting. A little too viscous at the recommended extrusion temperatures. The overhangs are incredible and very little shrinkage. Congratulations to the team.
