Poor quote job here Jesse. In the full answer he’s implying the goalie’s injury status shouldn’t impact whether or not a call is made. Meaning he thought the refs felt like they had to make a call because of what it looked like/that he was hurt— not because of Nate’s intentions

I hate most things about what college football has been morphing into, but a team like Indiana winning a title is a cool byproduct and does gives a ton of schools hope that would not have had it a few years ago.
