Here’s the original unaired pilot intro from 1976, before Jack, Janet & Chrissy, it was David, Jenny & Samantha.
Same theme song vibes, same Mr. & Mrs. Roper energy… but wow, that recast was everything. They definitely nailed it the second time. Pure TV history gold! Who else grew up obsessed with this show?🤚🤚

@TheRochaSays From the trailer, I’m not seeing anything that screams to me that I need to watch a season for the first book. In other words, nothing in the trailer shows what’s different than the film, other than a different cast (and the cast looks great!)

Alternate ending for ‘SEND HELP’ has been released. An interesting watch, but one that completely paints her as a villain.
I like the original ending better where we, as viewers, decide where we stand with what she did.

@TheRochaSays I feel just the opposite - Season 1 was one of my favorite seasons of any television series ever (and I’m 50 yrs old). But Season 2 has been a bit of a creative disappointment to me so far. I’m very happy about the Season 3 renewal though

GREAT news!! I have been loving this second season and how much they have expanded this world and its storylines. Good to see it being greenlit for a third season.
Always good to see that HULU knows how to greenlight great and successful shows.

Perhaps the DUMBEST thing I've read about Bam Adenayo's 83 point performance. It reads very limp dick.
Kobe was an incredible player who tragically died. But it is NOT the responsibility of NBA players to not break his records or surpass him.
It doesn't disrespect his legacy.

@dveese I actually liked the change of pace with S2E1. But yeah, episode 2 was an absolute clunker. The problem so far is the lack of any mystery or buildup

Paradise S1 was so damn good. The writing was excellent. Efficient. Moved along briskly. Fleshed out interesting characters with ease.
Season 2 so far is the exact opposite of that. Sophomore tv curse.
