How do you guys calculate cals when mixing ingredients? Like how do you know the amount of calories in a serving ?

@skyshimii iirc the body only absorbs a few alcojol calories because its instantly burned for energy ,, so if theyve replaced food with alc then they’re basically burning whatever they intake

how are alcoholics so skinny if alcohol is so high in calories

first time eating tempeh!! similarly to greek yogurt, this is both a source of protein and probiotics which i am a big fan of. also it’s vegan. (it tasted like tofu, would probably be better cooked)
