I used AA points via Rocketmiles (an AA travel partner) to book a car, but at the rental desk, I was told to pay the full amount—despite already paying with points! I refused and requested a refund but RocketMiles denied it, changing their reason every time. 2/4

@AmericanAir Finally spoke to a manager at @AAdvantage who tried to help but couldn’t issue a refund due to AA @rocketmiles. Called Rocketmiles with the AAdvantage manager, who was shocked by rocketmiles lack of answers. No solution. In this loop for 30+ days. Please help #CustomerServiceFail

🚨Feeling ROBBED! Prepaid for a rental using @AmericanAir points but the agency claimed my reservation wasn’t prepaid even with proof. I Refused to pay again, asked AA to refund my points but they’re refusing, despite my reservation not being honored. #CustomerServiceFail

@AlaskaAir Hey Alaska- I don’t fly Aa frequently but I love Alaska’s impeccable service. Recently, I experienced terrible customer service using Alaska miles to book hotels Via Rocket Miles. 13k miles missing since Sep. Rocket / Alaska haven’t refunded the miles. 13k miles- please return🙏🏽

Interesting question: how fucking retarded do you have to be as an international hotel booking portal to block customers who book rooms in country A while being in country B (for multiple values of A, B, and country-of-residency/payment card address) RocketMiles?
