@SouthwestAir and I've been on hold for almost 2 hours now... asked for escalation and was told there's no one, but they got me someone else, and they told me the same thing. This is really frustrating

@SouthwestAir This is not fair for us who try to follow the process & do it right. &I understand not refunding 1 of the connecting flights, but denying the full round trip is. horrible. I always brag about how yall are great and accommodating, and this last trip, i dont know now.

@SouthwestAir I am Glad yall were able to help me with ADA issues on my Flights, but now calling to get my second seat refunded, and now I am being told none of it can be refunded just because 1 of our connecting flights was 100%.. this is not what I was told when I called!!

@SouthwestAir @SouthwestAir Pernell, this feels like a workaround, not a solution. Past I could book my extra seat & accommodations without issues. Now it’s 10x harder & requires a phone call just to avoid problems day of travel. That makes us feel like a burden.That’s not “keeping the heart.”

@SouthwestAir this new system makes travel harder for ADA passengers and people of size. Concentrating extra legroom up front pushes accessibility needs farther back and complicates boarding. You say you’re “keeping the heart,” but this doesn’t feel like it.
