I went to Tejuosho market last weekend to get an item. The seller said ₦3,500 but I heard ₦2,500. So I boldly said, “Will you take ₦1,500?” He just said Bring the money. As he was packing my item, another customer came to ask for the same thing, and I heard him clearly say 3,500. That’s when I realized he had actually said ₦3,500 from the start. Normally, if I knew the price was 3,500, I would have started bargaining from 2,500 😭 So how do you people bargain, biko? Because this one that happened was just luck.
