Chukwuemeka Ahanonu, 24, smashed his BMW in Leicester after driving nearly FOUR TIMES over the cannabis limit, then launched a sickening attack on total stranger Nila Patel.
The 56-year-old mum was punched to the ground and brutally kicked and stamped on the head in broad daylight outside Leicester Royal Infirmary.
She died two days later from devastating brain injuries. Ahanonu – a convicted dealer just released from prison on licence – has now been found GUILTY of murder.
He was raking in £10,000 a month selling cannabis while claiming benefits. Pure evil.
