Finally finished creating my #textadventuregame on the Sinclair ZX81. I won't win any design awards, or speed awards, but it's all mine and based on my friends awesome book. Now that's done I'll focus on more graphical systems, or maybe assembly #ZX81 amzn.eu/d/04riQm68 The map was really hard to code, as were the simple graphics. You'll need a wobbly (or not) 16k RAM expansion but this will work on the ZX81, ZX Next or emulators, I like Eighty One

Update on Souls Savior for #C64… I’ve changed some sprites and created an opening screen, which is still just a draft. The game is almost finished, but I still need to make a few small adjustments to gameplay balance and overall presentation.

@VirtualJames Thank you... The Atari is one of the most difficult platforms to program for, even using Batari BASIC. The hardware limitations demand a lot of knowledge and creativity. That's why I consider games for this platform to be true works of art.

Souls Savier for #C64 update… now we have Stage Bosses, and I can guarantee it’s not easy to defeat them! The game will feature six stage bosses, and overcoming all of them will lead the player to the end of the game.

FishLane version 1.2 for the Commodore 64 released. It has interface refinements and gameplay rebalancing. The pacing can get quite intense at times, pushing player harder than before.
