Man, I can't believe it's been so long since we started ARC. It all began years ago, when Kiat and myself were with a few friends, chilling at a hotel lobby bar. For some reason, we asked ourselves why there wasn't a digital first private community in this part of the world(now thinking back, it’s crazy to note how the internet changed so much so quickly), despite the fact that we were all digital natives. That conversation kickstarted a whole series of events that led us to where we are today. I've shared before about how I was inspired by the Roman arches in coming up with our name, ARC. These deceptively simple arches were building blocks that became the foundation for how the Greek and Roman civilisations were built. They allowed for the ability to create massive structures and enabled a complex architectural system of various infrastructure that supported the entire civilisation. And that's what we have been striving to do with ARC from the beginning. Create the foundation that will allow us to build out an ecosystem of businesses, products, services and IP that has the potential to touch the lives of millions of day to day users globally. And we will achieve that by tapping on the collective resources and of an aligned group of individuals acting as a single entity. Our vision has always been to bring people together to do things together. Things haven’t always been easy and there are so many things that we can improve on and better, but with the completion of the mint last year, we're really starting to see that vision manifest itself these last 12 months. In the last several months, the team has been working on a few different projects which I've shared with members in our closed group chats. While the markets may seem lack lustre at the moment, as a builder, I can't be more excited about where we are at right now. Crypto and the real world is finally converging and we are at an interesting chasm that ARC is uniquely positioned to pursue. Here's to a bigger and brighter 2026 to come. Merry Xmas to all!

III. 888 arc (2024) We kicked off 2024 with a prophecy: Stellars are going to the moon. Spoiler alert: we did. This was the first year we hosted the ARC Retreat. For ~72 hours in Danang, Stellars chilled, feasted, played and even learned together. ARC might just be the only Web3 collective where members genuinely spend meaningful and significant amount of time with each other, online and IRL. 22 Feb 2024 - ARC lit up the big screens in Lan Kwai Fong, thanks to our Stellar @Kriskay. Seeing Hong Kong Stellars’ PFPs lighting up LKF was probably one of our proudest collective moments. On 5 Sep 2024, we were on the big screens again, this time in Kuala Lumpur during Malaysia Blockchain Week! Huge shoutout to @imthejoan for the surprise! On 8 Mar 2024, we officially launched ARC Collection .1 - Foundations. Thanks to the support of our Stellars, pre-orders closed within just 11 days. How do we showcase the rich diversity of our collective? On 25 Mar 2024, we launched the Stellar Atlas (#stellar-atlas" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">arccommunity.com/#stellar-atlas), giving the world a glimpse into the wide-ranging domains of our members who are building the backbone of Asia’s most influential digital community. On 6 Aug 2024, we closed the mint for ARC Stellars at 888, officially locking in the final count of the ARC fam. ✨ 20 Aug 2024 - we announced our raise of $4.5 million, not from external VCs, but from within our own community. Led by fellow Stellar @karlmja, Partner at @ArcaneGrp, this raise is powering our vision to become the “Y Combinator of Web3,” helping ambitious Web2 brands and Web3 projects across Asia succeed through project incubation, go‑to‑market support, and funding. A quick shoutout again to the 163 members who participated in the raise! Fuelled by the collective strength of Stellars, we entered the third edition of IntoTheARC on 17 Sep 2024 with massive energy. Co-hosting with Memeland once again, and supported by BTSE, Diamante Blockchain, Highstreet, AngelHack, Aptos, Arcadia, Zentry, and Flowdesk — more than 600 Stellars showed up at The Clifford Pier. Out of a collective of 888, that’s just unreal. Throughout the year, ARC continued doing what we do best - show up in force at blockchain events in different cities: - Strategic Partner for Southeast Asia Blockchain Week 2024 - Strategic Partner for FORKED in Soho House Hong Kong - 160 Stellars showing up for GM Vietnam/Vietnam Blockchain Week - Strategic Partner for Malaysia Blockchain Week 2024 - Nearly 200 Stellars showing up for FORKED as well as Korea Blockchain Week - Community Partner for GeckoCon 2024 - Official Partner for Thailand Blockchain Week - Strategic Partner for Thailand Web3 Conference - Taipei Blockchain Week Looking back, 888 wasn’t just a number. It was an ignition for what's next.

October was a struggle. I was looking forward to catching up with everyone during Token 2049 because friends flew in and I was excited to host everyone in my home country. Got a bunch of messages asking where I was. I apologise for shutting out completely. I needed time alone to grieve and be in the moment. Outside of my husband, my dog was the next living thing I spent most of my time with. I left home at 17. My parents were hardly around. Cupid was by my side from 2013 to 2nd Oct 2025. 12 full years where I started as a housewife and then chose to work from home so we could hang out together. He flew with us to USA and went on road trips, and explored the national parks together. I have more photos with him than my family. 12 full years of unconditional love, attention and protection from a tiny chihuahua. It's no wonder this hurts so much. It still does... But I'll work thru this... Started journaling, and rebuilding a routine to get my health, body and mind back on track. Focusing on the good times and the future. 🙏
