I’m wrapping up my time with @Sogni_Protocol, it’s been one of the most intense and rewarding experiences so far in web3. When I joined, Sogni had 5k+ testnet users. Six months later, we grew that to 380k active users. What started with celebrating our first 1M image generations has now grown to 156M+ generations and counting. In the last 13 months, I've helped: • Launch an ambassador program with hundreds of applicants • Design creator activations tied to real product usage • Showcase the Sogni AI Photobooth at 25+ events globally • Conceptualize Dreamhaus, our signature event series • Develop a City Partner program for global expansion I spent most of my time connecting and getting feedback from creators, developers, founders, brands, educators, and event organizers, and ideating the next steps. IRL events are one of the fastest feedback loops between product and market reality. At Token2049 Singapore, we partnered with 14 events to showcase Sogni and our AI Photobooth. 2025 was pretty insane trying to keep up with crypto + AI news and the Creative AI industry, but we focused on building and pushing the product to anyone who would listen. I’m almost certain everyone that I got in contact with, received a selfie from Sogni Photobooth, got a product demo, and heard about Sogni one way or another. Grateful for everything I learned at Sogni, and thankful to @krunkosaurus @fishmongr for all the guidance! Currently..... I'm taking the time to work my curious brain and experiment with automations in the agentic future. Ya, I'm finally taking out my folder of notes to work on ideas I've accumulated over the years. Real pleasure comes from overcoming challenges, feeling confidence in your abilities, gaining fluency in skills, and experiencing the power this brings. You develop patience. Boredom no longer signals the need for distraction, but rather the need for new challenges to conquer.

F**k learning. I’m honestly tired of people coming to me saying, “I want to do something where I can enhance my learning and excel.” My answer is always the same: Stop trying to learn. Start doing. Learning is wildly overrated when it becomes an activity by itself. The people who become great at anything didn’t sit around trying to “learn.” They built things. Broke things. Tried things. Repeated things. Learning wasn’t the goal. It was the side-effect. So instead of asking: “What should I learn?” Ask: “What should I start doing today?” Do things you enjoy. Do things obsessively. Do things repeatedly. Learning will take care of itself.

I dropped out of school at 16. I just hated how the school system works. Cliques. Preferences. Sitting in place for hours while someone rambled was boring the hell out of me. My attention span would never. Fast forward today: In my funemployment era. Learning about very niche topics that I'm excited about: AI & The Agentic Future. Deep researching in @NotebookLM and importing like 60 different sources.. Creating videos to watch, infographics to refer to and audio to listen while on the treadmill. Organizing it into chapters and going through each source then asking questions to expand on my understanding. This is how learning should be. Interactive, fun, and as expansive as you want it to be. Deep learning in one topic or browse through all the summaries. I've never been in a happier learning environment. This tickles all my brain cells. @GoogleAI is really boosting every area of my life.

This is actually such a smart way of launching. Start with AI, and check for interest... If it actually gets traction, then you've spent the minimums to test a concept, now you can move to MVP. Currently most entrepreneurs have to probably spend their life savings to follow their passion.. What if you did this instead? 👇
