After a rough few weeks I had my first “official” therapy session after my consultation last week and I feel so much lighter. Having someone to talk to with no judgement is so important. If you aren’t speaking it, you’re storing it & that shit gets heavy. I’m proud of myself ❤️

Thus is the Swedish warship Vasa. It sank in 1628 less than a mile into its maiden voyage and was recovered from the sea floor after 333 years almost completely intact. Now housed at the Vasa Museum in Stockholm.
