Fret not, because both the Wi-Fi and the Mobile Data tile expand into the Internet Panel. If you don't care about the one-tap toggle functionality to disconnect the Wi-Fi and/or turn off the Mobile Data radio, you can just add one of these two tiles and still have access to the Internet Panel like before.
