Neck training basics for thickness:
- Flexion: Lie on back, hands behind head, curl chin to chest. 3x12-15.
- Extension: Face down, lift head up. 3x12-15.
- Lateral: Sit/stand, press head side-to-side against hand resistance. 3x10 each side.
- Add shrugs or harness if you have one.
2-3x/week, start light, progress slow. That defined look comes from consistency.
