Today is my last day as an esports journalist, after almost 9 years reporting on the space. I'll still be writing in esports/gaming in my next role, but there'll be no more “Sources”. Hopefully the new stuff will be more impactful than anything I’ve done yet. Cheers all 🍻

@kimyeehaw See the main tourist sites (Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, London Eye, 10 Downing Street, Tower of London, whatever else), go to Hyde Park, look up all the free museums you might be interested in. Go to a west end show to round the day out. Go to the Harry Potter tour if you care.

@JakeHaleee Lived in the North of England for a couple years. Extremely depressing climate, except for a couple months in summer that were just sunkissed and lovely, the days long and warm, the evenings beautiful. Perfect.

Not sure how to explain it to people overseas but UK summer has better vibes than anywhere else

@Clayster On a serious one, depends what you’re looking to do. London is 1h20 south and Manchester is 1h30 north, a single train for each. London is better but Manchester would be fun to go somewhere new with some great food/bars etc. Birmingham known for curries so worth trying eg Dishoom
