If you want to torture your nafs, and lose both this life and the next, then simply listen to your desires. I find myself returning to the words of Ibn al-Qayyim (رحمة الله عليه) time and time again. If you understood the weight of what he's saying here, you would shut the door on your desires and never look back. Your entire life will change the moment you seize control and stop letting your nafs control you. Read this, repeat it, and act upon it. May الله benefit us and you Imam Ibn al-Qayyim said: "As for desire (Shahwah), its remedy lies in the soundness of knowledge and realization: that granting the soul its desires is the greatest cause of depriving the soul of them and being barred from them altogether. Conversely, guarding the soul against them is the greatest means of attaining them. Thus, every time you open a door of desire for the soul, you are in fact striving toward its deprivation. And every time you close that door against it, you are in fact striving to deliver those desires to the soul in their most perfected and complete form." Tafsir Ibn al-Qayyim (2:34)

Please study the Qur'ān. I beg you, don't just listen to the sweet voices or just read in Arabic. Study it in your preferred language and make sure to think over it. Muslims are thinkers. Muslims are ponderers. Muslims are readers. Pleased read. Read Islamic contents. Read Islamic History. Read Islamic legislations. Please read, as a Muslim. There's so much abundance of knowledge, nuance and guidance in this deen that will never be exhausted. And the fun fact is that all of them are derived from the Qur'ān. All with basis and rulings. This is why scholars derive immense depths and benefits from verses you would randomly skim past on a windy Tuesday evening. Please, read the Qur’ān. Please. May Allah grant you steadfastness upon haqq.

He is the One Who created you, yet some of you are disbelievers while some are believers. And Allah is All-Seeing of what you do. [Qur'an 64:2]

Again this is your opinion/ interpretation but it should have basis in reality or it just an attempt at manipulating reality. Jesus clearly has a God and God doesn’t eat or walk the streets.

No one is good except God alone.’” Your exegeses "If I am good, and God is Good, what am I?" This is far from a contradiction, sounds like manipulation but please reconcile this for me.

He answers ‘keep the commandments’ Is this what you believe as a Christian today? No. The Church preaches if you believe Jesus died for your sins then you gain eternal life.

That’s why the Quran is called the Furqan ( Criterion ) the standard used to judge what’s right and wrong in what’s left of the former scriptures. The contradictions both in the Book & by the Church is proof of corruption.
