🚨SPANBERGER BETRAYS VIRGINIA GUN OWNERS Abigail Spanberger just signed 3 radical anti-Second Amendment bills into law that passed on party-line votes. SB 323 - criminalizes gun hobbyists and self-defense firearms HB 21 & SB 27 - allows anti-2A activists to SUE gun manufacturers when someone commits a crime with a gun. This is a transparent attempt to create a corrupt lawfare regime targeted at gun makers. The Supreme Court has already ruled laws like this UNCONSTITUTIONAL! This is not “moderation” or “common sense.” It’s just an attack on the rights of law-abiding Virginians to keep and bear arms.
