Thanks for wasting time pretending to connect.
"That's too expensive."
Most of ya’ll hear this and immediately panic. You then do either:
1) Defend your pricing awkwardly
2) Cave and offer a discount.
Both are wrong.
Because price objections are never actually about price.
They're about risk.
The prospect isn't saying "I can't afford this." They're saying "I'm not confident this is worth it."
Your job isn’t to explain.
It’s to de-risk before it comes to that.
I started building a personal brand so I could:
1. Hit the gym whenever I want
2. Work with people who value my work
3. Look after the people I love
Today I can do all of that.
🚨Just told a client that I need my mental space to cook something up and not to expect 100 daily updates.
I don’t have any regrets.
What do you all say ?
One thing that improved my creative work:
Creativity works in phases.
Reflection → ideation → execution.
Skip reflection, and everything feels heavier.
