Here's what I learned the hard way: → Never spend token money until it clears → Never start modifications before the cheque hits your account → "Known and trustworthy" means nothing until the bank confirms it → Celebrate after clearing, not after receiving Real estate runs on trust. But trust without verification is just hope. And hope is not a business strategy.

I work as an AI Data Engineer. Azure, Databricks, PySpark all day. After 6 PM, I switch to a completely different brain — finding property buyers, writing tweets, tracking macros, studying covered call strategies.; Two identities. One body. Zero complaints. The 9-5 gives me the stability to take risks after hours. That's not a cage. That's a launchpad.
