Lathe acquired and started my first project. A bowl from butcher block and walnut scraps. Using all that hard earned YouTube muscle memory. Something special about watching raw stock turned into concrete things. The bandsaw also got to see its first solid work in a good while

Cannot believe how bad @Lemonade_Inc has been in dealing with our claim after being robbed. Saying the thieves were able to see our belongings “from the front” of the vehicle and under a board & blanket! Check the pic: 50 eur to anyone who can list the contents!

@Lemonade_Inc Talk to Wandhana who deals with Netherlands claims. Hurts to see @daschreiber talking about big profits and charity #LemonadeGiveback2024 while the people that actually pay the company money for insurance are getting screwed. Honestly feel like you are trying to rob us again.

@PJUllrich Awesome! As long it’s on your path to develop anyway it’s the best feeling. Worth considering unshipping features that aren’t used as well.

@hugolassiege Have you tried @tldraw ? It’s not specifically mindmapping but it is one of the best pieces of software I’ve used in a long time. Not sure of solo desktop usage but it works in vscode

@PJUllrich @elixirphoenix Yeah @PJUllrich I couldn’t agree more. I spend a lot of time making forms and they almost never map one to one. Using react libraries (formik, react form hook) in the past and I found complex forms way easier with them.

@ruark That sucks as a param in a url or if you need to bring in time zones

DD/MM/YY is the only format that should exist. Everyone else is wrong.

@eric_dolecki @tldraw Options: 1) you can always add another sticky if you want more text or 2) you could have cut off height (drawn height) with text getting cut off with “…” on the end with the ability to toggle the expand/collapse state.

@tldraw Stickies aren’t meant for tons of text though. That’s more like a notebook 🤣

trying out a new recipe for perfect sticky notes - shrink the text if it gets too wide - grow the sticky if it gets too long
