@sleepyshuppet @purpledreams012 She didn't, but she said she should keep her name in Japan because it's an international marriage. If this was a same sex marriage it would simply not be recognized in Japan at all so it would be an entirely moot point.

@idolrightssquad I remember it was more specifically that she had attraction to other girls growing up, and at the time everyone on the feed was arguing if this was her coming out as a lesbian or as queer or what it meant

I love Ayacho. I’m so happy for her.
But I’ve seen a lot of people assume she’s queer/sapphic.
I think we should keep in mind we don’t actually know her orientation or her partner’s (or their gender).
I can’t though - I’d be elated if that turned out to be the case.
