
Just had a whole photo shoot in my living room to try and get this somewhat readable on camera without natural light, but we just get daily value % in America for micronutrients it seems. That is very true about the additives though. I googled it and I think the daily recommendation in America is ~2.4mcg from my cursory research.
I take 1000mcg every day or so because I’ve been vegan/veg since I was 17 and B12 deficiency symptoms sound so awful so I hope you get it resolved through red bull or any other means 😭
