@snapcall Yeah that sounds nice in theory but just not realistic for myself or my husband. We have them both wearing harnesses now which makes separation safer than trying to grab collars at least. 😏

As our puppy has turned into not such a puppy anymore, Hallie has started wanting to fight him. They’re besties 98% of the time & then she snaps w/ no rhyme or reason. Anyone have dog trainer suggestions? Ideally I’d send her away for a bit & she’d come back not an asshole? 🥺

@dmoongirl We were always told not to break up the fights, very hard to do but necessary. Also have scares from the times when I would break up the fights…not a trainer, just an owner.

(Yes, I know training would need to continue at home, but we’re currently very on edge & slightly traumatized by having to break up dog fights. For safety & sanity reasons would prefer initial aggression training happen outside our house.)
