Any attempt to pretend it’s only about the mother’s body and rights is the worst kind of deception. Which is to say that one of the primary rallying cries of the pro-choice movement is a lie.

I would have so much more common ground with pro-choice people if the abortion procedure really only impacted the woman’s body. It really would be an entirely different issue. However, since the procedure stabs, poisons or otherwise kills someone else’s body it’s evil.

Our culture tries SO hard to make people feel ok about sexual sin. It’s not ok. Through it we harm each other and dishonor God. Repent of sex outside of traditional marriage, porn, lustful eyes, and all that devalues the sanctity and goodness of sex. God is ready to forgive.

I think it’s important to remember what, exactly, we’re talking about here. We’re talking about poisoning, dismembering, and causing fatal heart attacks in babies. That’s what millions of people right now are angry that they may not get to do as easily as they could before.
