@snockowitz I will try! In the meantime, I need to let you know how much I enjoyed the THE PRINCE OF STEEL PIER, which I read at the end of last week. Loved that family, that setting, all of it, Stacy!!

On the MG end, I'm halfway through Aida Salazar's excellent historical verse novel, A SEED IN THE SUN. And on the adult end, I'm attempting to finally read a Colleen Hoover book. #MGBookChat

A8: I just finished a fabulous book from Norway. It's about loss and big feelings and making bad decisions and hope- BROWN: MY ALTER EGO IS A SUPERHERO. Easy to read but very deep and emotional. 5 stars! #MGBookChat

THE PRINCE OF STEEL PIER has a great crush in it: 13 YO boy crushing on a 15 YO girl who is, in turn, crushing on his 17 YO older brother. No kissing involved at all, so although the characters' ages are on the older side, the POV is the 13 YO's. Definitely MG! #MGBookChat
