It's very strange that the ADC presidential aspirants haven't started developing a spirit of consideration for a consensus. If everybody is insisting on direct primary instead of a consensus, then they're preparing to kill the party. I listened to your interview with Atiku, and he said 2027 will be the last time he'll run for the presidency. So, he's running. At this stage, having followed the discussions on the best thing ADC should do, I was thinking that Atiku would leave the stage for younger people, but he said he's contesting. He's supposed to be a father at this stage and at his age. If this is the opposition Nigerians are relying on, then honestly, Olusegun Obasanjo would have rewritten the constitution, secured that third term, and still be sitting there today, unchallenged. You want to take power from a sitting president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the best you can do is reduce your entire argument to one flooded road project? That is your masterstroke? That is your big idea? Chai 🤔 Come on. Politics is not noise. Governance is not Twitter activism. Power is not transferred because you are angry or because you can shout the loudest. Power moves to those who are prepared, strategic, and intellectually grounded. What we have here is an opposition that is INTELLECTUALLY lazy, strategically BANKRUPT, and COMPLETELY DISCONNECTED from the SERIOUSNESS REQUIRED to run a country. No depth. No structure. No clear alternative. Just comedy, outrage, and recycled talking points from years ago. You are still chanting the same things you used before 2023, as if Nigerians are stuck in time with you. The man is now in office. The game has changed. But you? You are still campaigning like students arguing in a hostel corridor. And you expect Nigerians to hand over power to you? On what basis? Because you are louder? Because you trend? Because you complain? Let me tell you something. Nigerians may be patient, but they are not foolish. You cannot present emptiness and expect endorsement. At this rate, the real problem is not the government you are trying to unseat. The real problem is that you have not even convinced Nigerians that you deserve to replace them.
