Most times, he’s dealing with pressure you don’t even see, just so things don’t fall apart at home. He may not complain. He may not even know how to explain what he feels. But he’s trying. Every single day. So ask yourself this. How are you showing him that you see it? Not just in your mind. Not just once in a while. But in how you speak to him, how you treat him, how you stand by him. Do you appreciate him out loud? Do you respect him, even when you’re upset? Do you make him feel like he matters? Because every man wants to feel like he’s doing something right. Like his effort means something. Like he’s not just working and struggling for nothing. Make it clear to him. Let him feel it. Let him know he’s your man, your safe place, your hero. Don’t assume he knows. Show him. 🤷‍♂️
