@mrgrizzlie61 I agree it's tough. I applaud the teams that offer value pricing on the basic staples. By sporting event standards, I think the prices at SIUE are fair. I get that teams need to meet overhead. There should always be a path for a family to enjoy a game relatively affordably.

It is difficult to go to a sporting event to smell the smell see people drinkin and the souvenirs and you cannot afford to get your child a simple hot dog n soup and a souvenir.

@mrgrizzlie61 I will add that they still offer $13 tickets for CITY2 matches & MetroLink is still a viable option for those who can make the walk. They also added a happy hour with $5 beers for the first hour after gates open. I wouldn't pay those prices, but at least you can get good food.

@mrgrizzlie61 I still wish more teams could be like the #stlcards who allow almost any food to be brought in along with non-alcoholic beverages in sealed containers.
