Always give credit where it’s due. Call out people who have helped you even tiny bit, that goes long way. Expressing gratitude is the most valuable thing you can do for yourself.

Not every mistake needs a correction. Some folks take a little too much joy in proving others wrong. Sure, it can feel satisfying - especially when you're right. And yes, sometimes stepping in is the responsible thing to do. But if you're constantly scanning for flaws and calling them out, you're not being helpful - you're just being exhausting. People remember how you made them feel far more than whether you were technically right. Give others the benefit of the doubt. Maybe they missed something. Maybe they're just having a rough day. If it's not mission-critical, let it go. Kindness doesn’t mean staying silent - it means being intentional about how you speak. - If someone misses a small detail in a PR, nudge gently - If someone shares an idea that’s slightly off, don’t tear it down - If someone gets something wrong, help them understand without making a scene - If you're in a group setting, choose private correction over public shaming - always When this nitpicking behavior becomes normalized, it starts shaping team culture - and not in a good way. In some orgs, it's even unintentionally incentivized. People start optimizing for not being wrong instead of moving fast and learning. Everyone gets a little more defensive, a little more hesitant. Progress slows down - not because people aren’t smart, but because they’re too busy being careful. Engineering is not a zero-sum game. You don’t win by pulling others down. You build influence by being the person others want to work with. Be kind. You're not here to win arguments - you're here to build.

BUT THEY CREATE JOB FOR JOBLESS - - They are not jobs as they have no fixed hours. They have no social security. There is no minimum wages. HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM CONSTRUCTION WORKERS - - There are laws in place for construction workers. Construction workers have a fixed scope of work & fixed geography. Construction workers are only paid for their labour & skill. They don’t use their asset to work, Unlike gig workers who use their petrol, bikes & phone data BUT THESE COMPANIES ARE NOT PROFITABLE YET SO WHY THE REGULATION - - Exactly if these companies are loss making while oppressing workers, How much more they will have to exploit workers to get profitable. BUT THEY MAKE MORE THAN WHAT THEY WOULD MAKE IN THEIR VILLAGE - - They endure city expenses for basic needs like rent, health, education & pay city prices for essentials like food, water & electricity. There is no conclusive way of saying that they are doing better in the cities. WE MUST ALL TIP THEM WELL. - Sure. What’s the ideal tip for facing 365 days of pollution, 90 Days of rain, 90 Days of summer & 90 days of Winter. For fuel, data & maintaining their Vehicle. I’ve tried to answer popular questions that lead the good people using quick commerce to ignore the issues of “Gig Workers”

#ALARMING: Couldn’t breathe in Delhi anymore. Had to “escape” to the hills for a couple of days. Never imagined one would have to escape their own city just to *BREATHE*. Where have we come? What have we become? The AQI is *HAZARDOUS* at this hour in Delhi. The PM2.5 level is 25 TIMES the WHO safe standard. The government is completely *DISINTERESTED* in tackling this public health crisis on a WAR-FOOTING! Instead, now the Delhi Chief Minister is seeking answers from the protesters, asking them where they were for the last 27 years! Unfortunately, little does she know, that people have been protesting since 2013 or so. Such is the level of apathy and unawareness! We are doomed as a society. It is the complete FAILURE of the Indian society to collectively tackle their most pressing issues! Shame on each one of us. @PMOIndia @JPNadda @byadavbjp @gupta_rekha @mssirsa (Writing this while I smile in rage.)

Why is it still unbelievable that the Union government would choose to debate “Vande Mataram” for 10 hours instead of more PRESSING public-interest issues like hazardous air pollution, the economy, or the civil aviation crisis? They’ve done it before, and they’re doing it again. Only next year’s Bengal elections, and elections in general, are all that matter to this government! #ParliamentWinterSession

@atbrakhi Saw your last tweet blew up! Ignore the hate. You worked hard and chose a place to live that works for you. People trying to ask questions to you, it will great if those are asked to stakeholders/rulers of India who are pushing this country to 1000 years back.

What this document change is my career trajectory. What a privilege it is to live the life I once wished for. Other than that, I do not have plans to change any of it. I was born in India, and I will always be Indian-born. And now I choose to be German. I like German culture & the rules. I love my brown skin. I eat Indian, Asian, and German food, but mostly I cook. And I like living here. I have the privilege of living two truths at the same time.
Loneranger@Manjunaath238

@atbrakhi Thats just a document, your skin tone hasn't changed. Your second generation accent might. You still visit Indian restaurants, plan vacations to India, Associate yourself with Indians as a social group, carry the culture etc..!

@atbrakhi I think racism is more prevalent in India than in EU. I don’t think it is that hard to get. Me being from Bihar myself, I have been subject to racism countless times till today.

Delhi has the prime minister, president, Supreme Court judges, army chiefs, AIIMS doctors and most of the other powerful people in India. And, yet, the AQI is close to 1000 and the issue remains unsolved for years. How absolutely nuts is that!

I have some bittersweet news to share with the community. I'm honored that my talk "Beyond Containers: Securing Infrastructure-as-Code and Platform Supply Chains With GUAC" was selected for the Open Source SecurityCon at @KubeCon_ NA in Atlanta on November 10th. This would have been my first KubeCon presentation, and I was incredibly excited about the opportunity. However, due to a family medical emergency, I won't be able to present. My mother recently underwent knee replacement surgery, and unfortunately experienced complications during recovery that required additional surgery. She's now in stable condition but needs ongoing care and support during her hospital stay and recovery. While I'm disappointed to miss this opportunity but my mother needs me. I'm grateful to the program committee for selecting my talk, and I hope to contribute to future KubeCon events when circumstances allow. Thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging time. Wishing everyone attending KubeCon NA a productive and inspiring event. @CloudNativeFdn @linuxfoundation @openssf
