Bit random but I’ve a theory on this In the leaked trailer he asked Banner if it’s possible to keep the good aspects and get rid of the bad ones. So it’s possible that he could get rid of them, but he would also have to give up all of his new powers using the same thing Banner has on his hand to control the Hulk. I don’t think Peter would do something like that. Instead, I think that to prevent himself from becoming the monster, he’ll have to find a balance between being Peter Parker and Spider-Man at the same time. I think it’s more of a mental struggle and that he’ll end up keeping the “new” powers.
