Last night at #SpineSummit, the Women in Spine Reception hosted by Women in Neurosurgery brought connection and community to the forefront. Colleagues gathered to reconnect, welcome new faces and strengthen a growing network of leaders in spine surgery. Meaningful conversations, shared experiences and visible support for one another defined the evening. Community matters, and it showed. @WomenInNSGY

Scientific Session 8 at #SpineSummit tackled a central truth in spine care: complex patients require thoughtful, individualized solutions. The video preview framed a candid discussion on managing high-risk, multifaceted conditions — balancing risk, durability and outcomes while navigating an evolving healthcare landscape. From care pathways and deformity decisions to surgical staging and financial sustainability, the focus was on bringing clarity to complexity. Because elevating quality means meeting the toughest cases with strategy, perspective and purpose.
