@SquarespaceHelp Stripe already supports PromptPay in Thailand. The limitation is on the Squarespace side not enabling it within their platform. With 70+ million users in Thailand, this is a major missed opportunity for businesses using Squarespace.

@SquarespaceHelp My wife in Thailand has a site with you ketsomeals.com she has connected Stripe for payments but cannot find Prompt Pay! 90% of Thai customers use Prompt Pay. This is a massive 70 million market for @squarespace please look into this or explain why?

I never use X, but @squarespace @12SquareSupport are straight gaslighting me. They admitted they see the same bug on their end—proving it’s a server-side issue—but then blamed my hardware and ghosted. 4 years and $1K+ spent as a customer and this is the "support" I get? Disgrace.

@SquarespaceHelp What were the methods for verifying identities pre-2025? You have my phone number, my host email address, my address, my IP information, my banking statements… Now you’re saying you need to sell my data to a third party on top of all that because it’s “the only possible method”?

My iCloud email address has been compromised. I started a recovery attempt via @Apple but have not heard back. My @discord and @squarespace account are associated with this email that I cannot access. @discord_support @SquarespaceHelp

@meliskimo Thank you for your feedback, and we understand your concerns. Unfortunately, this is the only possible method for Squarespace to verify that customers are who they say they are.

@SquarespaceHelp I’ve never had to give biometrics to any site before and I don’t understand why a third party company (Plaid) needs access to my biometrics to help me regain access to my account. I do not trust a third party. I’ve been a long time customer. Surely there is another way.

Signs point to me having to start completely over on multiple platforms. Does anyone have an alternative to iCloud for a safe email address to use if @Apple can’t recover my account? Does anyone have a recommendation for a website host in lieu of @squarespace if they can’t help?
