If Penn State wins, it’s “yeah, they should have” and if they lose, it’s the end of the world. Pitt holds no risk. They can only benefit.

The only benefit is for Pitt to bolster their resume in a weak ACC with a win. PSU risks a loss and gains nothing with a win.
