Never seen either, so not as it pertains to the movies themselves. I am, however, comparing them as movie franchises that have made so many they probably don’t have good ideas anymore. Even so, people still line up to watch them, which, in turn, makes it less likely a studio would risk it on a unique script that may actually be good/new.

I didn’t watch Star Wars by choice because sci-fi isn’t my cup of tea, not because I’m unaware of it. In fact, I think you can trace the decline of American cinema to the Star Wars franchise and comic book movies.

@TomMarsLaw Also, if people end up losing their jobs, watch the firm produce a nice tidy executive summary that blames all the corresponding people.
We assumed Baylor wouldn’t release squat, but they had Pepper Hamilton prepare a summary because they were firing some big names.

An FYI regarding the University of Michigan investigation into the athletic department. No physical report was compiled and issued. Regents were briefed orally recently on the findings, which were critical of the AD and others at the university.

@AndyStaples The fact that I just spent several years educating the community on why buckets are important for disaster preparedness and then I see this makes me sad. I also giggled.
