@WhiteHouse Putting a flat salary cap on loan forgiveness is flawed. Here’s why: A salary of $50k in Dallas, TX should increase to $55k in Nashua, NH (Implied a 10% COLA). States with higher avg tuition and COL should have a higher salary cap qualification (~$135k vs ~$125k)
