@hbomaxhelp @MMoneyCarson Your app is super frustrating. It gets stuck at the ad break and loops without moving on. Restarting is not a great fix. It seems like a glitch at your end, how about posting something helpful about this instead of making customers troubleshoot?

@hbomaxhelp Streaming issues with your coverage of NCAA men's tournament. Live stream breaks to a commercial then the pictures freezes after the commercial ends. Sat there for a couple minutes the first time this happened, then backed out and restarted. 4 times today!!

@hbomaxhelp Hi, I am writing to report a persistent issue with the Max app on my Apple TV 4K. Despite having a Premium subscription, my video quality remains stuck at 720p, while I should be getting 4K UHD or 1080p.

@SeanRossSapp I tried on my Apple TV as well as my Mac, and gave up. I ordered on YouTube for more money and plan to ask HBO for a refund.

We're told that the audio sync issue for AEW Revolution is limited to HBO Max on Apple devices. HBO/Apple is looking to fix it as it is on their end. If you're watching on one of those, try to change your device.

@hbomaxhelp No. I played your stupid games already. I have 2gb internet and I've done the reset of routers and all your other tricks. I had upgraded from basic to standard but just canceled it all. I can stream multiple screens on any other service. Fix your stuff. Or don't. Don't care.

@hbomax if you can't competently stream live sports, give it to someone else. Choppy, audio goes out of sync... This is the worst garbage stream I've ever had to deal with.
