What an absolute fucking joke if this is true. Focus on just 3 players? Are you kidding me? We've just lost two club legends in Mo Salah and Robbo, plus an established first-team centre-back in Konate. Replacing those three isn't some massive achievement it's the bare minimum. Even if we bring in three replacements, we're still left with a squad that's lacking serious depth. Ekitike is out for virtually the entire season, and Isak let's be honest has never been the most reliable when it comes to staying fit week after week. One injury crisis and we're right back where we started. We don't need 3 players. We need 5 or 6 minimum if we're serious about competing. Anything less is just negligence and a complete lack of ambition.

Just looked at Iraola's managerial career. Am I seeing this right, that he has only done 2 years at each club he's been at? Like I get his preference for 2 year contracts but he hasn't extended once.
