@CF3Loyal No Sterling play any young centre back, no 4-4-2, the last five names are almost an old fashioned front 5

I am hoping we make a number of changes for the Queens Park game, including starts for all 4 new signings. Thoughts: Kelly Aarons Sterling Djiga Rommens Chukwuani Aasgaard Bajrami Skov Olsen Naderi Antman Arguments to rest Sterling for Motherwell or play 4-4-2 with Miovski.

@RangersReview55 Since DR arrived I think we have lost 1 game in 15, since the Hearts defeat we have 22 out of 24 points. This week the squad got much stronger. But let's boo the team when we are 1-0 up. We might be the most loyal fans in the game, but we only sing when we are winning (by a lot)

@Keir_Starmer In the last 10 years I have had to "prove" who I am half a dozen times. My passport, NI number and driving licence all played a part. As did current utility bills. I'll be fine going forward. Having said that if he wins this fight will the ID be required to vote?

@JamesMelville @NigelSchofield6 The purpose of government is unclear It’s all Human rights, the Ukraine war and save the planet the government should defend our nation/way of life, educate our people, help with health and create an economic environment to give us the wealth to pay for it all.

He sums up the mood of people in the UK. “We end up with economically illiterate people in the government. There are not fit for office. This is our money. I’m sick of being asked to pay more and more for less and less.” We are being fleeced.

@BBCSportScot If I could see one hint as to what good will look like I’d feel better. All I see is good players (Raskin) looking poor, a prospect like Moore looks bang average , defenders weak, disorganised and (sorry to say) the rest looking like lost sheep. Also we have bullied 3 times now!

🗣️ "It's not like the end of world" Russell Martin on his "frustrating" record at Rangers so far, being "under no illusion" and how his team will look "very different" in 10 days' time. #BBCFootball

My Sauces at Labour HQ tell me. Rachel Reeves has been in tears all day. Some ministers and staffers have been offered counselling. Starmer is like a rabbit in the headlights. Turbulent times in No10.

@BarrySouness So funny, the guy gets £3m for posting a tweet! What wage would we offer him !!!! As a player? At 40 he’d probably still be the top scorer in Scotland . I love Dessers but remember he would be the benchmark for top scorer . Ronaldo 🤣

He might be past his best but I reckon Cristiano Ronaldo could do us a turn for a season. Rangers need winners. He'd be a good squad player and provide competition for Dessers. Thoughts 🤔

Council tax is daylight robbery. My latest bill… £4016.26 For that, I get a fortnightly bin collection. The level of taxation in the UK is completely unsustainable.

@KingBobIIV @AngelaRayner ⬆️what he said, every word, in fact all institutions, religions, political parties et al should be subject to scrutiny as a matter of course, and having a different or challenging view should be perfectly acceptable.

If the British government or any authority believes it has the right to police my opinions on Islam, I challenge them to explain how they justify this under the principles of free speech, democracy, and British values. As a Roman Catholic, I fundamentally reject Islam’s teachings, not only because they deny Christ as the Son of God and reject the Resurrection, but because they are in direct contradiction to the values upon which Britain was built. Islam, by its own doctrine, is sexist, relegating women to second-class citizens with fewer rights in law, inheritance, and autonomy. It is homophobic, with punishments—including execution—prescribed for homosexuality in numerous Islamic-majority countries. It is racist, particularly in the way non-Muslims (‘kuffar’) are viewed as inferior under Sharia. Most concerningly, Islam has a long history of violence, openly condoning jihad against non-believers. These are not personal interpretations; they are facts based on Islamic teachings, legal codes, and real-world practices in Islamic societies. If a group of British Roman Catholic men were committing acts of mass rape, suicide bombings, knife attacks on soldiers, and murdering children at concerts, the government, media, and authorities would be relentless in their condemnation. There would be no concern for ‘perceptions’ or ‘offending’ anyone. The full force of the law and social ostracisation would follow. Yet, when the perpetrators follow Islam—when rape gangs operate with impunity, when terrorists scream ‘Allahu Akbar’ as they commit atrocities, when entire communities refuse to integrate—the state, media, and institutions rush to defend Islam itself instead of holding it to account. Instead of protecting British citizens, they attempt to police thought, suppress criticism, and gaslight the public into believing that Islamic violence and oppression are somehow unrelated to Islam. I reject any attempt to force me to view Islam as a ‘religion of peace’ when its core teachings advocate submission, inequality, and conquest. I refuse to allow my beliefs—rooted in British values of freedom, equality, and Christianity—to be managed or silenced by those who would rather appease an aggressive ideology than stand up for their own people. The right to criticise Islam is a fundamental right in a free society. If the state believes it has the power to police thought, then it has already abandoned the very principles it claims to protect.

@latimeralder I think the whole net zero thing thatMiliband punts is mad. But I disagree with you here. Scientists marking each other homework is not what’s needed We need a highly intelligent person with a questioning mind to challenge the inputs/out puts Is that her? I don’t know.

Thanks to those who discovered her degree is in 'Classics and English'. So a non-scientist is in charge of advising another non-scientist (Miliband) how to wreck our energy systems, bankrupt the country and have NO effect on either the climate or an uncaring indifferent world
Latimer Alder@latimeralder

This is Emma Pinchbeck She's the new boss of the Climate Change Committee.. a bunch of academics and green grifters who advise untekkie Miliband how to destroy UK for NetZero Yet I can't find her qualifications. The internet is remarkably coy about her background Anyone?
