@SmashyNick @aemuuu Tastes great just roasted at 375 or 400 with salt, pepper, olive oil, maybe ground fennel if you’re feeling crazy. Make sure your pieces are roughly the same size and turn each piece halfway through so it browns evenly. Same way we do cauliflower. 👍
