Sadly @Suncorp have now offshored their call centre and it’s as you expect. I found I was questioning my info security… something wasn’t right. It wasn’t the language it was the service and lack of knowledge … I was put through to an “Australian representative” 🙄 and… sweet. Here we are. 🙁

@Suncorp I have called 4 times on that number and the each time was told they couldn’t reduce it. Staff were rude and did not care. Worst service ever

@Suncorp when I call up to discuss making a payment I do not expect to have to ALL my personal information to your call center operator who has very strong Calcutta accent and possibly has a second job in an Indian scam center. He was asking for more then what is required to safely identify me to continue with me trying to pay YOU money. Why would I ring up and pay someone else’s bill? Maybe don’t outsource your call centers to dodgy companies.

@Suncorp how is it that my wife has a car accident and the first week I call for an update on the assessment they say one week. I call the next.. one more week. Call the next week and this time two weeks? Are there any standards? Making life very hard for us.
