Sadly @Suncorp have now offshored their call centre and it’s as you expect. I found I was questioning my info security… something wasn’t right. It wasn’t the language it was the service and lack of knowledge … I was put through to an “Australian representative” 🙄 and… sweet. Here we are. 🙁

@Suncorp when I call up to discuss making a payment I do not expect to have to ALL my personal information to your call center operator who has very strong Calcutta accent and possibly has a second job in an Indian scam center. He was asking for more then what is required to safely identify me to continue with me trying to pay YOU money. Why would I ring up and pay someone else’s bill? Maybe don’t outsource your call centers to dodgy companies.

@NAB recently our suncorp visa card was moved to your myCard credit card, with a our regular payments. We discover that we can't electronically transfer money from our bank account. So bill payer, prior established transfers or post office. Or your branch. Absolute shite. Joke
